Let’s go to this weeks Friday Favourites and Friday run view instead! Thursday cycling back, doing my usual stop, start, must take a photo of the waves, I noticed a girl running close to the shore. I waited for her to pass while I took photos and caught up with her on the next beach. I was curious how she got to the other beach without joining the path I usually do. Bearing in mind taking off the years in France, I’ve lived here 7 years and I know quite a few short cuts. So I took Friday’s run for an explore. The answer’s easy, she cut across the sailing club’s jetty that divides the two beaches. The main reason why I haven’t ran this way before is in the summer one part of the 2nd beach is a nudist beach, tucked away from the main crowds (the other nudist beach is slap bam on the main tourist beach. Cycling or walking past seeing and hearing people’s reaction is fun. Especially the British). For now it’s still to chilly to bare all, so I’ll take this short cut until the all over tan club season starts.

Friday Favourites
Nike Training Pro Flow Training Gloves
I was hesitant initially to get these due to the price tag. They had cheaper ones which were as padded as my old ones were after a year of use. I reasoned with myself saying I use them 4 times a week and they’ll pay themselves off. I get sweaty hands (nice) and these grip the floor without sliding in planks, grip the bar for chin ups and pull ups, the suspension trainer handles and help prevent callouses. Bonus points, they’re made of synthetic leather.
These dogs are hard core sled runners!

Badger Balm Cocoa Butter Lip Balms
I love Badger Balm lip balms and was excited to see they have a new range! I stocked up a little from iherb and like that they’re all natural and Fair Trade. When outside I use Tone It Up Beach Babe lips balms, with SPF 15. 
Beetroot and Pineapple Juice
Some people love beetroot, others don’t. I’m the latter. I know it’s good for me and my skin, so I drown out it’s earthy taste with citrus or pineapple. This mix: apples, carrots, kiwi, beetroot, ginger, turmeric, spinach and pineapple. Yum!

Thank you! When it’s not crowed the beach is great to run along. In the summer, not so much. Those dogs are hard core. You can see in their faces they just wanna run and run! Hope you had a great weekend!
What vivid photos. Always so beautiful. That feathered lady looks very regal and confident.
She does doesn’t she. The poor guy was trying to attract at least 3 peahens and none of them were having it. He had such a beautiful tail. I tried my best to get a good shot of it, but his back was to me and only got 3/4 of it. His back was also to the peahens as he shimmed everything. That explains why she was ‘nah’!
