It’s been a long day. It started with coffee and dead lifts, had some tears, had some pizza and it’s been on a non stop roller coaster ride. Actually the past few weeks have been somewhat of a roller coaster. Emotions and reflection are like that.

My sunrise was the late evening sun. I stopped off at the beach just to sit, read and be. The clouds had been around all day and I wasn’t expecting it to be warm. 5 minutes after I arrived the sun came out and stayed until sunset. It might not have been the sunrise, but it was enough for things to start to seem alright again.IMG_3746Where do you go when you just want to be alone in your thoughts? Running and cycling I know are two other good places to go.

    Being in nature is one of the best mood lifters. When I’m having a sucks day I work on my handstands and maybe just do some fun cartwheels in the grass. It’s childish which makes me laugh and smile. Hiking, running, yoga, and a good book are some of my other go – to’s

      Being a big kid and laughing always gets those feel good endorphins going! And if you do cartwheels on your own some in public, then you’re very brave! Sometimes the simplest things are the best. You’re right about nature, it’s always the best mood lifter. That’s one reason why I prefer to cycle everywhere!

    I usually take a long walk somewhere in nature like a hiking trail.
