Weekend Friday Favourites

I hope you’re having a great weekend! 

Monday’s 2nd Easter or Pentecost here in Catalunya, a regional festivo making this weekend a puente! For me however it’ll be a normal day hopefully making the gym early. I’m still not used to the day of the holiday being on that day. Bad luck if it’s a weekend. I’m still the UK makes that day a Monday.

Longer Days and Reverse Sunsets

Spring Dilemmas and Pug Dogs

This isn’t meant to be a whinge, more how I feel when the heat starts to kick in and I’m that no mans land transition between season how do I dress, so it could be perceived as one. Plus some other random thoughts and observations of the past few weeks. 

Now the heat’s just beginning to start, 22-25C during the day, which means that as soon as you get your legs out they’re meant to be tan already. (more…)

Last Week’s Catch Up And Cat Logic

Happy Birthday Mr AJ!

Starting with the most important thing first. Last Monday Mr AJ celebrated his 15th birthday! I’ll keep saying it for forever. I can’t believe he once fitted in the palm of my hands and ruled the street. Well, I like to think he ruled the street. I once saw him late one night in London chasing a fox through the terraced gardens in the snow. The fox went under the fence, he went over the fence. Maybe they were playing. There was a family of foxes at the end of the garden living under a clapped out garden shed and he used to regularly spend nights out. I’d call him in in the morning and he come running down the garden from the shed to walk in like nothing had happened.
