Christmas comes but once a year, so enjoy those extra treats! If you feel like you’ve over indulged a little with all the celebrations, just tag on extra cardio over the next few days (5 minutes will do) to your runs/bike/cross trainer, HIIT it out or throw in 30 seconds to 1 minute cardio intervals in your strength/resistance circuits. Balance and negotiate it!
