Weekend Friday Favourites

Advertisements

I hope you’re having had a great weekend!

I started this last night and got so sleepy eyed and along with WordPresses auto saving issues while adding links,I abandoned it for this morning. With that in mind it’s short and sweet! Weekend Friday Favourites, things that have been making me smile this week or caught my eye.

Orange Juice

There’s something about orange juice in the summer after workout, run or end the day. Every summer I crave it summer, a nice cold glass of orange juice. The twist; I don’t like oranges but love orange juice.

Dog Beach

The dogs have their own beach! Normally dogs aren’t allowed on the beaches during the summer and this week they now have their very own private beach. Not private, but a place where their humans can spend a day at the beach with them. Wednesday was it’s first day and already cycling past it I’ve seen more dogs that I have in 2 months. All doggies in the area look like they’re having a ball!

Forever21 Make Up Pouch

Yes, mermaid off duty. I love the beach and the sea, I’m not good at the swimming bit.

Karena + Katrina Beach Waves, Sea Salt Texture Spray

They’ve recently revamped the packaging and for the same price you get 15ml more! That’s another week of spritzing! I’ve been using this spray since they launched it last year and hands down it’s the best sea salt spray I’ve tried. A must for fine hair to give a bit of boost and texture.

AJ and D

They’ve experts at finding cool spots. D has about 15 sleeping areas on a daily rotation while AJ sticks to about 5 depending on the time of day. Both are fussy if there’s a scarf or old towel or yoga mat in the said spots. Thankfully Aj’s taken to an sarong beach towel combo that worked out to be too heavy and took up too much room in my bag. I get concerned about them sleeping on the wooden floors. D follows the sun until it’s too much and cools off for a bit.

Grace and Frankie on Netflix

Jane Fonda at 78 is no a little lady! I can’t believe how agile she is. Okay, she’s had work done, but she has mobility. I managed to get through the whole 2 seasons in one week, mostly thanks to each episode being 30 minutes each. It had in me giggles and tears. It kinda lost it a little the last few episodes of season 2 (there were some things I didn’t want to see! Plus Jane Fonda’s laugh or ha! began to grate), however I enjoyed watching life in your 70’s. Brianna, Mallory, Coyote and Bud also had me cracking up.
