Weekly Photo Challenge: Blur

Blur is how my head’s been feeling the past few weeks. I’m picking up work which in turn means other things get less attention. At times there feels so many caps to wear, they topple off. Some days I wonder what I’ve done apart from run around and wish there were a few more hours in the day. I have blog ideas running through my mind during the day, I’m too tired to make the words come in the evening. Somedays I think it would be nice not to run, workout, I’d have more time to get everything done, but I know that once I’ve got the blood pumping, fresh oxygen running through my body I feel 10 times, a 100 times better. People ask me where I get my energy from. I reply by jumping, moving, getting energy from all that oxygen pumping! I don’t mention, determination, discipline and dose of stubbiness. The first 2 are important in any job undertaken and with fitness, they can’t be understated enough!

This week’s challenge was fun going through my library. Some photos I’d have otherwise dismissed are actually perfect (I get to show off my mishaps!) and sum up how I feel about now, like this cheeky blackbird at Barcelona Zoo always on the go (for some reason I find blackbirds song comforting. Maybe his song reminds of being outside as a kid). One thing I do know is that I miss my camera. Finger’s crossed I get back from repair by the end of the month!

Enjoy!

  1. Nice collection of blurred photos. I have many blurred and low quality photos but I will never delete them because they mean so much to me – sometimes the memory is more important than the quality!

Thank you! I’m exactly the same with my photos, though I do delete the unflattering angles of me! Have a great weekend!

  2. Such fun to showcase some photography mishaps. I just have a regular point and shoot camera, so any movement, plus my shaking hands, so often results in a blurred photo.
    Thank you for sharing! 🙂

Shaking hands, I have that problem too. I sometimes straighten them on on iPhoto, though I find the quality of the photo goes down if I do, so I leave them as they are! Point and shoot’s my iPhone but it’s not the same as my camera, but the best camera is the one you have at hand!

      1. “The best camera is the one you have at hand” Very profound and true. 🙂

      2. says:

It is, thought I can’t take the credit for it!
