It’s been a long day. It started with coffee and dead lifts, had some tears, had some pizza and it’s been on a non stop roller coaster ride. Actually the past few weeks have been somewhat of a roller coaster. Emotions and reflection are like that.

My sunrise was the late evening sun. I stopped off at the beach just to sit, read and be. The clouds had been around all day and I wasn’t expecting it to be warm. 5 minutes after I arrived the sun came out and stayed until sunset. It might not have been the sunrise, but it was enough for things to start to seem alright again.
