The Lighthouse Award

Thank you to bitzy-ku for nominating me for The Lighthouse award! This lady is a lyricist genius in 3 lines and always brings a smile. 

While I’m not a girl who does chain letters, with this one I’ll make an acceptation. This is an award for those who bring light into a dark world. The rules are there are no rules. Actually there are. The rules for accepting the nomination are:

wifemomruns I don’t know how she does it. SuperMum. Full time work, an adorable 2 year old and handsome newborn and always finds time to run and workout, even if it’s in the back room at work. This lady was running all through her pregnancies and always has the biggest smile. I always look forward to her posts.

hellodayblog This lady is also a SuperMum of 2 adorable curly haired girls. She’s also a clever lyricist with her healthy California living.

retireediary This gentleman lets us in on his travels with his amazing landscape photos of Asia.

cuteoverload For all things cute, furry and fluffy. No further explanation needed.

Three ways I like to help people:

Make people smile. Smiling releases happy feelings.

Achieve their fitness goals and realise just how amazing their bodies are.

Help those less fortunate. Both humans, animals and the environment. Everything is linked. We are all made of the same star dust.
